McMINNVILLE, Tenn. - March 26, 2008 - For the second time in as many months, Waymon Hale Construction has been named a preferred builder for a major developer in the Cumberland Plateau area of Tennessee. The partners in Rock Island Bay, an environmentally-conscious development located along the Grand Bend of the Caney Fork River, made the announcement this week.
